GENERAL

-Client MUST be 15 years of age or older.

​

-Commissions are NOT first come first serve. I choose applications based on what I feel is in my current skill range, what I'm willing to take on, or what I think I will enjoy making.

​

-RiffRabbitSuits offers free suit repairs depending on severity. Extreme repairs may be charged. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

​

-Once a commission is accepted, the client cannot change the submitted character or design. Please make sure the design or character you submit is final.

​

-While RiffRabbitSuits does not work with exact deadlines currently, I do offer approximate time you would prefer the commission to be completed. Rush fees before estimated completion are charged. 

​

-Please only commission if you are aware that my heads, mini partials, and full partials may take anywhere from 3 months or more to complete. My average TAT is 6+ months.

​

--RiffRabbitSuits reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission if client is rude, threatening, etc.

​

-While I do try to work on suits in order of payment, I may work on multiple suits at once.

​

PAYMENT

​

-Issued quotes are valid until base prices are changed.

​

-At the moment, RiffRabbitSuits DOES work with payment plans. Ensure your first payment is enough to cover material cost (typically $180 USD) or more

​

-In event of cancellation; if there is 0 progress on the commission (base not started, materials not ordered), 100% refund will be issued. If materials are ordered and/or the base is started, 60% refund will be issued. If serious work is started (i.e, sewing the face, fur glued on, one paw completed, etc depending on what you commission), 20% refund will be issued. If work is complete, cancellation is forbidden.

-While shipping is not included in the quoted price, I can give an estimated price upon request. 

​

-Paypal, Ko-Fi, and EMT (for Canadians) are currently the only payments accepted.

COMMUNICATION

​

-Communication will be delivered through either my Twitter or Instagram @riffrabbitsuits, depending on which one the client prefers. If Discord is preferred, please contact to get my username.

​

-Please approve each WIP or stage so I can continue progression on your commission.

​

-WIPS will potentially be shared on my Instagram or Twitter. Please let me know if you are not okay with this.

-Clients are not allowed to ask for more than TWO updates per week. If there is progress, it will be shown to you. 

​

SHIPPING

-Please note that RiffRabbitSuits is located in Canada.

​

-Shipping must be paid in a singular payment.

​

-Shipping payment is only accepted once your commission is completed and boxed. 

​

-Please be aware that if you are located in a different country, customs may apply. Please be prepared to pay these yourself.

​

-I am not responsible for the package once it leaves my hands. Please contact me with proof if your fursuit arrives damaged.

NOTES / EXTRA CONSIDERATION

-I currently live in a household with TWO cats, who are frequently in my workspace, but never in direct contact with fursuit materials.. If you or anyone in your household are allergic to this particular animal or fur in general, please either be cautious when commissioning or refrain from commissioning RiffRabbitSuits.
